The new company will leverage WP&C’s consulting capabilities around achieving profitable growth and operational improvement, and industry depth across four core areas: Industrial & Energy, Consumer Products & Retail, Financial Services, and Healthcare. Wilson Perumal Capital seeks to invest in companies with strong potential in a sizable market. It prefers companies with prior twelve month’s revenue of $5 million to $75 million and an EBITDA (or operating profit) of $2 million to $25 million. Transactions will be tailored to fit the circumstances and owners can cash-out or remain involved to profit from the next wave of growth.
