TapeCo, a multibillion dollar manufacturing company, was facing excessive product, process, and organizational complexity in one of their key divisions. Misalignment within the organization led to the proliferation of Raw Materials and SKUs, resulting in high scrap and inventory costs, as well as poor service levels, all of which impacted profitability.
