Stephen Wilson
Managing Partner
Stephen is Managing Partner and co-founder of Wilson Perumal & Company. He works with CEOs, COOs and other senior leaders, advising them on critical strategy and operations issue. Stephen is a thought-leader on the topics of complexity, cost-competitiveness and operational & organizational performance and has worked with clients in the US and Europe to achieve transformational results. He is co-author of Waging War on Complexity Costs and Conquering Complexity in your Business, both published by McGraw-Hill. His latest book, focused on achieving profitable growth in today's complex world, will be released in 2013. Stephen has extensive experience in retail, and has advised many of the world's leading retailers on areas spanning: ranging & promotions, customer insights, supply chain, lean retail and enterprise performance. Stephen also has considerable depth across Consumer Goods, Industrial Goods & Manufacturing.
Stephen began his consulting career with Marakon Associates, a strategy consultancy, then spent six years with George Group Consulting, joining as a Senior Consultant and rising to election as Principal, as part of the Global Leadership Team. He was a founding member of its Operations Strategy practice, led the development of the European business and was leader of George Group's intellectual capital initiatives. Upon the acquisition of George Group by Accenture, Stephen became Partner. He left to found Wilson Perumal & Company, Inc. Stephen is a contributor to journals such as Chief Executive magazine, CNBC.com and Investors Business Daily. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School in Finance and Strategic Management and resides in Dallas.

Andrei Perumal
Managing Partner
Andrei is a seasoned advisor to senior leaders in both industry and government and an innovative thinker on complexity, strategy, and operations. He has deep business and technical expertise across a variety of disciplines, and draws from his broad base of experience to help clients solve their most critical strategic and operational issues.
After graduating with his engineering degree from MIT, Andrei excelled in the US Navy's Nuclear Power Program. There he learned the fundamentals of managing and eliminating risk in complex systems. Following the Navy, Andrei worked at Beal Aerospace Technologies—an ambitious private rocket venture under Texas billionaire Andy Beal—where he oversaw the successful design, construction and operation of a propellant grade hydrogen peroxide concentration plant.
Andrei began his consulting career with Bain & Company, where he advanced ahead of peers and earned a reputation for developing powerful modeling solutions for strategic issues. Following his time at Bain, Andrei was recruited back by Andy Beal to be Director of Strategic Operations for Beal Bank, one of the most profitable banks in the nation. Andrei later joined George Group Consulting to help build George Group's Operations Strategy practice. He was named Engagement Director of the Year in his first year, soon after elected Principal and served on the Global Leadership Team. Andrei was named Partner by Accenture upon its acquisition of George Group in 2007. Andrei left Accenture to found Wilson Perumal & Company.

Kelly Jones
Partner & Senior Advisor, Financial Services
Kelly brings over 20 years of experience in banking, payments and financial services including senior executive, regulatory, and advisory and consulting roles.
Kelly began his career as a bank auditor with Ernst & Young, followed by regulatory roles with the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation and the Resolution Trust Corporation, and executive management positions with major financial institutions, including Beal Bank, an $8 billion savings bank, where he was CFO. During his time as CFO, Beal Bank was ranked by American Banker as the top performing bank in the United States. Kelly was also a founding partner of a national bank consulting firm that specialized in operational efficiency and data system management, part owner of SunTech Processing a national transaction processing company, board member of a national payments company specializing in pre-paid debit card program management, and currently serves on the board of advisors to CrowdTilt, a group funding platform.
Kelly helps our clients across a broad set of issues, including top-line revenue growth, complexity management, operating model design, regulatory compliance, control environment, and acquisition support. He has testified as an expert witness before the U.S. Senate Banking Committee and served on the national FDIC Asset Risk Committee. Dean Hamilton
Senior Advisor, Technology & Telecommunications
Dean brings 30-years of experience in the technology industry, including having held senior executive roles and being named by Forbes.com to their list of "The Top 8 Technology CEOs to Watch." His areas of expertise include technology and business strategy and product innovation, design, development, and delivery.
Dean began his career as a software engineer and quickly became Director of Engineering for NetExpress, where he worked closely with Dr. Larry Roberts, the inventor of packet switching technology. Dean later co-founded CoSine Communications, a first-of-its-kind virtual network computing platform. As CEO and President, Dean led CoSine to a very successful IPO with a peak market capitalization of $7.1 billion. At Cosine, Dean pioneered the technologies and business strategies associated with network-based computing services (now known as Cloud Computing) and network virtualization. Dean also co-founded Quicksilver Communications, an e-commerce platform built to facilitate peer-to-peer media trading. More recently, Dean has provided strategy consulting services, in the areas of next-generation networking, cloud computing, machine-to-machine communications, enterprise network security and next generation "green-lighting" technology, to large public companies and to venture-backed startups.
In addition to helping clients in the technology sector, Dean helps the firm deliver technology solutions to simplify complex business operations and produce highly reliable processes to manage growth and control risks. David Ritter
Senior Advisor, Energy & Competitive Intelligence
David brings over 25 years' of experience in Fortune 50 companies in global operations, strategy, competitive intelligence and consulting/advisory services. Previously, he was Group Vice President of Global Competitive Intelligence for Royal Dutch Shell, plc, in The Hague, where he directed global intelligence operations across all businesses and functions, and provided C-level intelligence driving Shell's strategic agenda as well as briefs for engagements with other chief executives and heads of state on global initiatives.
Within the Oil and gas industry, Dave has deep knowledge and experience in all aspects of the downstream manufacturing to marketing value chain, the upstream exploration to production funnel, and mid-stream operations. He has also done broad-based work in business turnarounds and restructuring and has extensive experience with the design, implementation, and operation of new business units, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Dave has previously held senior leadership positions in refining, marketing, supply, trading, mergers & acquisitions and corporate strategy for Mobil, BP, ExxonMobil and Shell, and has spent more than a third of his career outside the US. He was also a leader in the downstream/ supply chain practice of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, LLC.

Ann Bryan
Manager
Ann is a Manager with 15 years of strategy and consulting experience. Her specialties include marketing, profitable growth and operations strategy. At Wilson Perumal & Company, Ann has led numerous client engagements that tackle new market entry, profitability assessments, and portfolio optimization, and is recognized by clients for bringing creativity and tenacity to her engagements.
Prior to joining Wilson Perumal & Company, she was Director of Corporate Strategy with Applied Materials and a Project Leader with The Boston Consulting Group—Ann was a founding member of BCG's Thailand office and the only one of five starting consultants to make project leader. Ann has previously started two small businesses that delivered profitability in the first year of operations.
Ann holds an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management, a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from UC Berkeley, and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. In addition, she was the #1 graduate from London's Inchbald School of Design. She resides in Mountain View, California.
Kjell Carlsson
Consultant
Kjell is a Consultant at Wilson Perumal & Company. He brings expertise in research and quantitative analysis and a focus on business strategy, supply chain, and economics issues.
Prior to joining Wilson Perumal & Company, Kjell was in the Strategy Unit at the Harvard Business School where he completed his dissertation on the strategies that firms use to optimize their global supply chains. He also worked as a Research Associate for Michael Porter at the Institute for Strategy & Competitiveness.
Kjell holds a PhD in Business Economics and a MA in Economics from Harvard University. He earned his BA in Economics and Computer Science at Columbia University. As part of his graduate studies, Kjell spent a year and a half in China studying the strategies that foreign firms use to protect their intellectual property. He currently resides in Boston.
Jacob Carr
Consultant
Jacob is a consultant at Wilson Perumal & Company. He brings expertise in strategy, finance, and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining Wilson Perumal & Company, Jacob was Director of Business Development for Thermo Fisher Scientific, a global manufacturer and distributor to the life science, healthcare and environmental industries. While at Thermo Fisher Scientific, he led the growth and strategy initiatives for the Biosciences Division, including partnerships, M&A and new business development. Jacob was previously Director of Strategic Development with DaVita, where he developed and executed strategies to expand beyond their core business in the US, Europe, and Asia. Jacob started his career as a Finance Officer in the US Air Force where he led the finance function for various operational and acquisition programs.
Jacob holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science from the US Air Force Academy. Jacob resides in Denver.
Tim Collins
Manager
Tim is a seasoned manager with significant industry and consulting experience. Tim's expertise includes complexity management, operations strategy, supply chain management, product development and lean manufacturing. At Wilson Perumal & Company, he has led large organizational transformations in extremely complex environments.
Prior to joining WP&C, he was an Engagement Director with George Group / Accenture, delivering solutions to challenging issues in a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, financial services, government and heavy manufacturing. He previously held leadership roles at ABB Automation, including Senior Product Manager, Plant Manager and Sales Manager for Japan.
He holds an MBA from the Ohio State University and a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from Northwestern University. Prior to consulting, Tim was an adjunct lecturer for the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University, where he taught Operations Management and Supply Chain Strategy courses. He currently resides in Columbus, Ohio.
Andrew Dorin

Andrew is a seasoned consultant that brings expertise in the healthcare and retail sectors including the areas of growth strategy, customer segmentation, and investment due diligence. Prior to joining Wilson Perumal & Company, Andrew was a Manager at Sg2, a healthcare consultancy. While at Sg2, Andrew led various strategic and operational planning engagements for provider, biotech, and private equity clients. Previously Andrew was a Senior Project Coordinator at University Research Company where he led a cross-functional team in development of a micro-health insurance plan in El Salvador. Andrew started his career as a Senior Assistant Buyer with May Co Departments Stores where he managed a $6M brand across 82 locations.
Andrew holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor's of Art Degree from the University of Virginia. Andrew resides in Chicago.
Brian Flis
Case Team Leader
Brian is a versatile Case Team Leader with a broad experience spanning the military and the private sector. His specialties include Lean manufacturing, operations strategy, supply chain, and product management. At WP&C he has worked with oil & gas companies to create high-reliability organizations and has completed retail and manufacturing complexity reduction projects.
Previously Brian worked as a Supplier Quality Manager at Eaton Corporation and served as an Operations Research Manager and Production Manager in the US Air Force. While in the Air Force, Brian was ranked by his division chief in the “top 1%” of lieutenants ever seen.
Brian holds an MBA in finance from Ohio State University, a Master’s in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech, and is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy. At the Academy, he was an intercollegiate tennis player and still enjoys playing today. Brian resides in Colorado Springs.
Fabio La Mola
Manager
Fabio has over 14 years international strategy and operations consulting experience across a variety of industries, with a focus in healthcare, life sciences, energy, retail and transportation. Prior to joining Wilson Perumal & Company, he was a Principal with L.E.K. Consulting in London and Shanghai, where he led over 70 projects including growth strategies, multi-country expansion plans, operational improvement, supply chain redesign and commercial due diligences for corporate M&A and financial sponsors. Fabio began his consulting career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Houston where he worked as a Senior Consultant focusing on economic consulting and transfer pricing for energy clients. Following his MBA, he worked for ZS Associates in Milan and London, where he was promoted to Manager earlier than company average.
Fabio holds a BA in Business Administration (Honors) from Bocconi University in Milan, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. He is a CPA and has held board positions with multiple non-profit organizations, including CFO for the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce of Houston. Fabio currently resides in Houston.
Steve Liguori
Case Team Leader
Steve is an experienced Case Team Leader who specializes in product and process complexity, portfolio optimization, market analytics, and growth strategy. Steve brings quantitative analytical expertise and a diverse perspective from his experiences in Retail, Pharmaceuticals, and Consumer and Industrial Goods. At WP&C, he has worked on projects centered on distribution strategy, portfolio transformation, and process improvement across multiple industries.
Prior to joining Wilson Perumal & Company, Steve practiced operations strategy with George Group Consulting. Steve was also previously a Scientist and Manager within the R&D department of Pfizer, Inc. and a QA Engineer with GTECH.
Steve holds an MBA from Emory University and a Physics degree from College of the Holy Cross. He enjoys competitive team sports, travel, and is an active volunteer in his community. Steve currently resides in Denver.Gergely Lodinsky

Gergely is an accomplished high performer with strong academic and diverse international work experience. He brings previous consulting experience with Roland Berger in Budapest, where he focused on financial services, utilities, and national economic policy. Prior to that he worked at HR&A Advisors in New York and also with the German Foreign Office in Berlin.
Gergely was a Fulbright Scholar to Austria, has an MPhil in Russian & East European Studies from Oxford, and has a BA in German Studies and Global International Studies from Bard College in New York. While at Oxford, Gergely was an avid rower and student body President of St Antony's College. Gergely speaks five languages and currently resides in London.
Greg Marvinsmith

Greg is a Consultant with exceptional academic and military credentials. Greg joined Wilson Perumal as a Senior Associate and earned a promotion to Consultant in less than 1 year after distinguishing himself through a series of cutting-edge analyses and client solutions in supply chain optimization and organizational strategy.
Prior to joining Wilson Perumal & Company, Greg served as an officer in the US Navy's Nuclear Power Program, where he was named Junior Officer of the Year across his entire submarine squadron, being ranked #1 out of 150 nuclear officers. He also graduated at the top of his class from both Officer Candidate School and Navy Nuclear Power School.
Greg holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and Chemistry from Harvard University, where he played Varsity Water Polo and Lacrosse. Greg currently resides in Seattle.Asaf Navot

Asaf is an experienced consultant with keen analytical capabilities and proven leadership experience. At Wilson Perumal & Company, he has worked on projects in the Retail, eCommerce, and Energy sectors, where he has helped clients achieve over £80M in incremental annual sales, and more than £10M in annual cost reductions. Prior to joining WP&C, Asaf served nine years with the Israeli Air Force, flying F-4s and F-16s, and earned the rank of Captain.
Asaf holds an MBA from INSEAD. Asaf was an Israeli swimming champion in 100 and 200 meter breaststroke, and has also volunteers teaching disadvantaged youth. He currently resides in London.
Chris Seifert

Chris is a proven leader with a track record of driving operational excellence in production plant environments. Prior to joining Wilson Perumal & Company, Chris was an Operations Leader with Owens Corning, where he increased plant productivity by over 25% in just nine months. He also work as Manager of Business Strategy and Analysis, and later Plant Manager, for Georgia Pacific where he provided Business Unit Leaders with insightful decision making support and lead dramatic operational performance improvements in the plants he managed.
Chris began his professional career in the US Navy's Nuclear Power Program. He served as the Supply Officer on a nuclear-powered attack submarine, where he was ranked #1 of 9 junior officers. As an instructor at the Navy's Supply Corp School, he was named Instructor of the Year.
Chris received his BS in Business Administration from St. Louis University and his MBA, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia. Chris resides in Houston.
Shai Shammai
Manager
Shai is a UK-based experienced advisor and business leader with significant aeronautics experience. Prior to joining Wilson Perumal & Company, Shai was the Managing Director, UK, for Aeronautics Ltd, an Aerospace & Defense electronics company and a leading manufacturer of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAVs).
Shai began his consulting career with Frost & Sullivan, where he served as the Director of Consulting for the European Aerospace & Defense Group. Shai is also a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautics Society for his contributions to the aeronautics profession.
Shai earned his MBA from Cass Business School, City University, London, and was previously a visiting lecturer at Queen Mary University of London. He holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University, Israel and Bachelors Degree in Social Science from Ben-Gurion University, Israel. Previously, Shai was an officer in the Israeli Army. He resides in London.
Francisco Soto
Consultant
Francisco is a consultant with a wide range of expertise from supply chain operations to consumer products marketing. Prior to joining Wilson Perumal & Company, Francisco worked at Frito-Lay in both the Business Innovations and Transformational Supply Chain groups, where he was twice recognized for Business Innovation Team of the Year. Francisco also worked in operations, marketing, and brand development with Advanced Medical Group, where he headed the development and expansion of AMG's health products and services in Central America.
Francisco earned both his MBA and Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas. Francisco enjoys competitive mountain biking. He currently resides in Dallas.
Scott Stallbaum
Consultant
Scott is experienced in operations, strategy, and product development. Prior to joining Wilson Perumal & Company he held several roles with AGA Medical Corporation, including Manager of Special Projects, reporting to the CEO, Manager of Operations Strategy & Planning, and Senior Manager, Production, where he was responsible for manufacturing across all AGA products, supporting $220M in sales.
Prior to AGA, Scott spent six years with the Ford Motor company. He completed the Ford College Graduate Program and then went on to be New Model Launch Program Manager, where he coordinated all aspects of new vehicle launches from prototype build to assembly plant launch.
Scott has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University. He currently resides in Minneapolis.
Nick Vikitset Ph.D.
Senior Associate
Nick has extensive experience in operations research. Prior to joining WP&C, Nick worked as a consultant with the George Group, as a Financial Engineer with Market Liquidity Network, and as a Research Associate for the Bureau of Budget, Government of Thailand.
Gabriel Wilmoth
Consultant
Gabriel is a consultant with expertise in operations strategy, organizational performance, and technology development. At Wilson Perumal & Company, he has helped clients improve their operational performance, supply chain strategy, and portfolio profitability.
Prior to joining WP&C, Gabriel worked as a Focus Factory Manager for Danaher, where he earned the Danaher Innovation Award for a successful new product launch and the 2009 Presidential Kaizen Award for dramatic operational improvements. Earlier in his career, Gabriel worked with multiple technology start-ups as the Associate Director of the University of Kentucky's Von Allmen Center for Entrepreneurship.
Gabriel holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Biochemistry from Virginia Tech. After Virginia Tech, he served as an agricultural volunteer in Tanzania with the US Peace Corps. He resides in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Alex Wright
Case Team Leader
Alex is a seasoned consultant who brings a diverse expertise from experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, automotive, building materials, and non-profit industries, and projects that include supply chain strategy and optimization, pricing strategy and optimization, and market strategy.
Prior to joining Wilson Perumal & Company, Alex was a Manager at Concentra Consulting, where he was a founding member of Concentra's business intelligence team in the UK and led the firm's expansion into the US. Alex began his consulting career at A.T. Kearney, where he quickly distinguished himself and earned the 2007 "Great Client Work" award.
Alex received his BA, cum laude, in Government from Georgetown University, where he was Captain of the men's tennis team and Academic All-American. Alex currently resides in Boston.
Melissa Gray
Marketing & Recruiting Manager
Melissa is an experienced consultant who currently serves as the Marketing and Recruiting Manager within the firm. Prior to joining Wilson Perumal & Company, Melissa has held consulting roles with both Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company. She also has worked in industry at Beal Bank and American Airlines, and owned and operated a wholesale and retail furniture business.
Melissa holds an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Utah. Melissa currently resides in Dallas.
Molly Martinson
Operations Manager
Molly is an experienced consultant who currently serves as Operations Manager for the firm. She is an active member of Wilson Perumal & Company's leadership and coordinates the firm's development.
Prior to joining Wilson Perumal & Company, she excelled in consulting roles at George Group Consulting and at Accenture. Prior to consulting, Molly served five years as a Communications and Information Officer in the US Air Force, where she was consistently rated at the top of her peer group.
Molly earned a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research from the US Air Force Academy. While living in Europe, Molly completed the Berlin Marathon and was a member of the All-Air Force Women's Basketball Team. Molly currently resides in Houston.
