WP&C conducted a rapid top-down review to identify opportunities and define the benefits for immediate Quick Win initiatives. As part of the diagnostic, WP&C completed an end-to-end assessment of the process to identify areas of ineffectiveness, quantify the true business costs, and pinpoint the many non-value-add steps. The insights from the diagnostic enabled WP&C to reshape GroceryCo’s promotional process to one that was leaner, with just-in-time flexibility, and clear objective business rules that Commercial Teams could execute against.
