Enterprise logistics strategy for U.S. federal government
Wilson Perumal & Company applied a hypothesis-driven, top-down methodology to efficiently identify new insights and develop a pragmatic, integrated strategy for optimized enterprise logistics. The client’s issues were broad and idiosyncratic in nature, but WP&C’s team prioritized the identification of key implications facing the enterprise and focused the analysis on high-value areas.
WP&C established strategies for the management of the network, stock positioning, logistics workload, transition to future state, and a robust system of monitoring performance. A variety of decision-making tools, including decision frameworks, standard processes, and leadership-level metrics, were produced to guide the enterprise’s readiness, service level, and efficiency.
